1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Sicroomxapennine. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Sicroomxapennine website, services, and applications (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you may not access or use the Services.

We may modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the updated Terms of Use on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms of Use.

2. Use of Services

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal authority to accept these Terms of Use.

2.2 Account Registration

Some features of our Services may require you to register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

2.3 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Services in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Services or interfere with any other party's use of the Services
• Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access the Services for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any of the material on the Services
• Use any manual process to monitor or copy any of the material on the Services or for any other unauthorized purpose
• Use any device, software, or routine that interferes with the proper working of the Services
• Introduce any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Services, the server on which the Services are stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Services
• Attack the Services via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack
• Otherwise attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Services

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 Ownership

The Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Sicroomxapennine, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

3.2 License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use, Sicroomxapennine grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Services, except as follows:

• Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials
• You may store files that are automatically cached by your Web browser for display enhancement purposes
• You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the Services for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution

4. Reservations and Bookings

4.1 Reservation Process

All reservations for the Sicroomxapennine eco-retreat are subject to availability and confirmation. A reservation is only confirmed when you receive a written confirmation from us and full payment has been received.

4.2 Payment Terms

Full payment is required to confirm your reservation. All prices are displayed in Euros and include applicable taxes. Payment methods accepted include major credit cards, bank transfers, and other methods as specified during the booking process.

4.3 Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations made 30-60 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival are non-refundable. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.

4.4 Modifications

Requests to modify reservations are subject to availability and may result in rate changes. Modification requests must be made in writing and are not guaranteed until confirmed by Sicroomxapennine.

5. Guest Policies

5.1 Code of Conduct

Guests are expected to respect the natural environment, local communities, and other guests. Sicroomxapennine reserves the right to terminate a guest's stay without refund for disruptive behavior, damage to property, or violation of our ecological principles.

5.2 Eco-Responsibility

Guests agree to follow our sustainability guidelines during their stay, including water conservation, proper waste disposal, and respect for wildlife. Specific guidelines will be provided upon arrival.

5.3 Health and Safety

Guests participate in all activities at their own risk and are responsible for their own health and safety. Sicroomxapennine staff will provide safety briefings for all guided activities, which guests must attend and comply with all instructions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sicroomxapennine and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
• Any content obtained from the Services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

In no event shall Sicroomxapennine's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Services exceed the amount paid by you to Sicroomxapennine in the past six months, or €100, whichever is greater.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sicroomxapennine, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Use or your use of the Services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms of Use or the Services shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Brașov, Romania, although we retain the right to bring any suit, action, or proceeding against you for breach of these Terms of Use in your country of residence or any other relevant country.
